The Andrew James induction converter disc allows any type of pan to make a connection with an induction heat source.

The induction converter disc eliminates the need for purchasing new expensive pans as it allows you to use your regular pans on any induction surface.

The convertor disc also acts as an excellent heat diffuser/ simmer ring, allowing the heat from your cooking source to be spread evenly.

This makes it ideal for simmering sauces or melting as you can keep the heat source at a low temperature and eliminates any heat spots which can easily burn your sauce and provide an uneven taste.

The disc is also handy as a hob trivet allowing normally unstable small pans to sit on the cross bars of any gas stove safely without falling over.

The disc has a three tier construction with an aluminium core sandwiched between two stainless steel layers. This allows the connection to be made between the induction heat source and the pan as well providing excellent heat distribution.
