These cartridges usually need replacing every six months. They can be both difficult to source and expensive. This pack contains a cut to size sheet of 'pockets' filled with activated charcoal granules which will eliminate the need for a replacement cartridge. This sheet will fit behind the grease filters in the hood. Also included are two grease filters - these may not be required if your hood as metal mesh grease filters. To degrease mesh grease filters use HG Grease Away. Activated charcoal filter is self-extinguishing and absorbs cooking odours. High charcoal content approx. 350-400g.
